Welcome to Carelabs Sweden AB ("we", "our" or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our self-service check-in SaaS platform and related services (the "Service") provided to clinics and care providers ("Clinic", "you" or "your"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the service

Our platform enables clinics to offer self-service check-in to patients and integrates with payment providers such as Stripe and Surfboard Payments. These integrations allow clinics to receive payments directly from patients for care services.

2. Payment processing

• We partner with Stripe and Surfboard Payments to offer seamless payment solutions.
• All payments collected via the platform are processed directly through the Clinic's own Stripe or Surfboard account.
• We do not collect or hold any funds on behalf of the clinic.
• Clinics are paid directly by Stripe or Surfboard Payments, after deduction of their respective fees.

3. Fees

• We do not charge any transaction fees or commissions for payments processed via Stripe or Surfboard Payments.
• The Clinic is solely responsible for all fees or costs charged by Stripe or Surfboard Payments.

4. Refunds and disputes

• The Clinic is solely responsible for handling refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes with patients.
• We do not handle or mediate payment-related disputes between clinics and patients.

5. Use of third-party services

• Your use of Stripe and Surfboard Payments is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the availability, functionality or legal compliance of third-party services.

6. Data and privacy

• We care about your data privacy. See our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle personal data.
• Payment data is handled directly by third-party providers and is not stored or processed by us.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on our website together with the effective date.
